WELLINGTON (Î.-P.-É.) - February 7th, 2014 – Collège de l'Île invites prospective students and their parents to visit the College in Wellington, Thursday, February 13 between 6 pm and 8 pm. A site visit is an opportunity to explore the facilities and ask questions regarding any aspect of the training. According to the president, Donald DesRoches, "As the deadline of 15 March approaches, prospective students will be able to find answers to any of their questions to be able to make a conscious decision about their future educational plans."

In September 2014 the College plans to offer the following full time programs: Human Services, Youth Worker, Resident Care Worker, Bilingual Administrative Assistant, Accounting Clerk, Welder, and Early Childhood Educator. All of these programs lead to exciting careers that are in demand in the province.

Prospective students who cannot make it to the open house can take a virtual tour of the Collège de l'Île Wellington centre.

Collège de l'Île is the only French language post-secondary institution in Prince Edward Island. With three training centers, in DeBlois, Wellington and Charlottetown, the College offers regular programs and customized training with a focus on the labor market training. It provides a stimulating learning environment that makes use of the latest technology while paying special attention to students.
