Win $2,000 at Collège de l'Île Contest Rules
1. DURATION OF THE CONTEST
The Win $2,000 at Collège de l'Île contest has been launched by Collège de l'Île and will run from October 13th, 2015, to February 28th, 2016, at midnight Atlantic time.
This contest is open to all legal residents of Canada, except residents of the province of Québec, who have reached the age of majority in their province on the date of their entering the Win $2,000 at Collège de l'Île contest.
Current full-time students, employees and directors of Collège de l'Île are not eligible for the Win $2,000 at Collège de l'Île contest.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter Win $2,000 at Collège de l'Île, fill in an official entry form by:
- visiting Collège de l'Île's Facebook page (www.facebook.com/CollegeAcadie) and clicking on the "Gagne 2000$ au Collège de l'Île" Button, or
Collège de l'Île is not responsible for entries that are received late, lost or ineligible.
4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION
There is one grand prize to be won consisting of a tuition credit for $ 2,000 against the amount of enrolment fees in the chosen program for the 2016-2017 school year. The credit must be used in the 2016-2017 school year. The prize has a maximum value of $2,000 and does not include the purchase of textbooks or other program fees. The prize must be accepted by the person who was declared the winner.
There will be no reimbursement for any unused credit.
The prize is not transferable without written authorization from Collège de l'Île Such authorization will be given at the sole discretion of Collège de l'Île
Collège de l'Île will choose the winner of the Win $2,000 at Collège de l'Île contest in a random drawing on February 29, 2016. The Collège will notify the winner by telephone or email within ten days of making the choice. If the Collège cannot reach the winner during this period, or if the winner does not fulfill the official contest rules, another eligible entry will be chosen. Collège de l'Île is not responsible for the impossibility of reaching the potential winner chosen.
6. GENERAL RULES
The contest winner shall fulfill the Collège's conditions of admission before beginning his or her studies at Collège de l'Île
The validity of contest entries will be verified by Collège de l'Île Any incomplete entry will be disqualified.
Collège de l'Île reserves the right, at its sole and entire discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the contest, in whole or in part, for any cause or circumstance, including any situation where an event beyond its control corrupts or affects the administration, security, impartiality or normal proceedings of the contest, such as a virus, computer bug or unauthorized human act.
By participating in this contest, the winner authorizes Collège de l'Île to distribute and publish the winner's name and photo for publicity purposes without any form of compensation.
Contest participants agree to receive email or postal correspondence from Collège de l'Île in order to obtain information on Collège de l'Île's programs.
The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash.
Personal information gathered for the contest will be used solely for contest administration and related purposes.
