French Grammar Course Open to the Public at Collège de l'Île
This training can be counted as a credit course from Collège de l'Île The instructor, Mr. Robert Bullen, is a professor at the college. It's an ideal opportunity for anyone who needs to review basic grammar: parents who want to help their children, employees providing service in French, people who want to write better or Francophiles looking for a language experience.
The main objectives of the training are to review the basic rules of written French grammar and syntax, apply the rules to written work, increase vocabulary, explore sites that include useful writing tools, use grammar correction software and learn tips for structuring texts.
At the end of their training, participants will have a better knowledge of grammar and syntax, make fewer errors in their texts, feel more positive about their abilities and have the tools to continue their personal journey toward improving their language skills.
The cost for the ten sessions is $150. They will be offered from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM every Tuesday for 10 weeks, starting on October 8. The sessions will be held at the Collège de l'Île campus located at 48 Mill Road in Wellington and be transmitted by videoconference to Deblois and Charlottetown. The registration deadline is Tuesday, October 1.
