This year for the first time, the Collège is offering a $1,000 entrance scholarship to one student from each high school on Prince Edward Island. WELLINGTON, PEI - November 25, 2014 – Collège de l'Île, in collaboration with the Consortium nation de formation en santé – volet Université d'Ottawa, is proud to present a national conference on mental health scheduled for February 13, 2015, at the Montfort Hospital in Ottawa. This event is for all professionals, students and managers in the field of health and education. It will also be presented via teleconference at Collège de l'Île's centres in Wellington and Charlottetown.

WELLINGTON, PEI - November 21, 2014 – Collège de l'Île offers several options to anyone who wants to learn French, to improve their skills or to become fluently bilingual: evening classes, self-directed learning, tutoring and skills maintenance sessions. The next evening classes and skills maintenance sessions are scheduled to begin the week of January 12 in Charlottetown, Summerside, Montague and Deblois. The enrolment deadline is this coming December 8. The self-directed learning courses and tutoring sessions can begin at any time.

WELLINGTON, PEI - November 4, 2014 – Students at Collège de l'Île had a pleasant surprise recently. All full-time and part-time students now have free access to the following Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.

SUMMERSIDE, PEI, October 17, 2014 – Collège de l'Île held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Centre Belle-Alliance in Summerside on October 16. The Collège took the opportunity to announce its second consecutive financial surplus, to reflect on the past year and to elect several members to its Board of Directors, including a new Executive.

Charlottetown, PEI (September 8, 2014)—The University of Prince Edward Island signed two articulation agreements with Collège de l'Île today to provide the opportunity for Collège de l'Île graduates to gain admission into UPEI's Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Child and Family Studies degree programs.
